Crossing of about 40 minutes aboard Mary D. The sequence may change depending on weather, tides and operations.
Departure (Port Moselle)
- 07:45 – Boarding
- 08:15 – Departure from Port Moselle
Return (Port Moselle)
- Winter hours: island departure 15:45 → arrival 16:30
- Summer hours: island departure 16:15 → arrival 17:00
On the island (indicative order)
- Arrival at Amedee Lighthouse – set up on the island
- Glass-bottom boat tour (~30 min, with aquarium volunteers)
- Free time around the island • Snorkeling • Lighthouse visit (entry fee on site)
- 11:45 – Welcome aperitif
- Tropical buffet & Pacific island dances
- Coffee & cookies at the bar
- Demonstrations: coconut grating • pareo tying

Meeting point
Port Moselle – Pontoon K3 – Noumea Boarding from 07:45 • Departure 08:15 Return: 16:30 (winter) or 17:00 (summer).
What to bring
- Swimwear, towel, flip-flops / water shoes
- Cap/hat, sunglasses
- Reef-safe sunscreen
- UV top/shorts for snorkeling
- Small bag for personal items
Important: coolers are not allowed. For safety and to protect the reserve,
management may check bags.
Rules & tips
- Marine reserve: do not fish, touch or collect (shells, coral, wildlife).
- Do not feed fish/turtles; keep a respectful distance.
- Bring a light layer for the return (lagoon breeze).
- Bilingual crew, safety announcements on board.
- Paid extras: lighthouse entry, snorkel gear rental.
