Mary-D Enterprises has been family owned and operated since 1981. Over the past 38 years, we have concentrated on running day trips to Amedee Lighthouse Island and our service typically runs four to six days a week and transports close to 25,000 visitors annually.
Mary-D Enterprises has 40 employees who cover all facets of the operation. We have a self-catering kitchen that prepares food for day trips to Amedee Island as well as an in-house maintenance program where all repairs and services are done for the three vessels in our fleet. A large number of the employees have been with the company over 10 years with a few who have been working since its beginning. This has created a very family-like organisation.
